Lee has been investing in residential real estate since 2015 and has been a Realtor since 2018. Prior to getting his real estate agent license, Lee spent many years as a software developer where he gained expertise in developing financial models for large investment institutions such as hedge funds and private equity funds.

In that part of his journey, Lee had the opportunity to develop financial models for large commercial real estate entities to help them calculate various investment metrics such as projected cash flows and rates of returns on real estate investments.

With this expertise, Lee has also successfully helped numerous investors in the residential real estate market to make wise investment decisions. Lee also holds the CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance) designation.

In addition to real estate, Lee is also a professional musician. Lee is a composer and pianist with three recorded piano CDs and has played all over the DFW area for 30 years. During the spring and fall months, you can frequently hear Lee perform at the Dallas Arboretum.
