Way back before ‘gourmet burgers’ was a thing, Chefs Jason Boso & Quincy Hart decided to build a restaurant around half-pound, fresh ground burgers.

Twisted Root later appeared on the second season of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri (2009) setting this funky burger joint into high gear & establishing it practically overnight as one of DFW's must-try dining destinations.
